Job description

The Safer Staffing Team are keen to recruit a Workforce Data Analyst to support the implementation of the new e-Rostering System Allocate and SafeCare within Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals.

We are looking for an experienced analyst who is familiar with workforce data and the Allocate system. You will work as part of a dynamic team supporting the expansion and delivery of theSafe Staffing agenda across the NCA. Drive safety and quality by the collation, analysis and extraction of data from multiple sources to be used for a wide range of purposes.

You will need to be enthusiastic, autonomous and have experience working in the NHS in a similar role.
