Workforce Business Intelligence Analyst Bolton, England

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust
Full Time Bolton, England 43742 - 50056 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Here at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust we are looking for a Workforce Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dedicated and forward-thinking team, based within our Workforce and Organisational Development Directorate, and play a vital role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our workforce.

This is a Band 7, full time, and permanent role.

We are looking for someone who is innovative, ambitious and motivated. Do you have an analytical mind? Do you love data and leveraging it to benefit your colleagues and patients?

Our ideal candidate would be someone who is inquisitive about getting to the root cause of problems to understand them in-depth. In this role you will work closely with senior clinicians, and senior managers to solve their complex strategic and operational workforce challenges with the advanced use of data and systems. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence effectively verbally, in writing, and by presentation of data and trends.

We would love to talk to you if you have the advanced skills to automate data capture and transfer and develop sophisticated business intelligence solutions to improve patient safety, reduce temporary staffing expenditure and increase workforce productivity.

If the above sounds like you then we feel this is a role in which you could excel and make a real impact!

The Trust is committed to helping you be the best you can be in your role, fully supporting you with your career development and aspirations. We will create a bespoke personal development plan with you, and your regular FABB (For a Better Bolton) check-ins with your line manager will ensure that plan remains on track.

You will be joining a fantastic NHS Trust, and our successes have been recognised regionally and nationally. These successes includes being rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC for ‘leadership’, and rated (by our staff in the NHS Staff Survey) as the best place to work in Greater Manchester…something we are very proud of. So, if you want to work in a friendly team within a high-performing Trust then we look forward to receiving your application.
