Working in our kitchen you will gain exposure to different types of food offerings to cater for the needs of our guests and will be given the chance to contribute to menu creation. As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in motivating the Kitchen team to provide exceptional service and food at all times and to make sure that our customers are wow'd by their food experience. Our most successful Sous Chef's, are those that take pride in their sections and use their skills to help coach junior members of the team. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU We hire mostly on personality potential but here are a few of our requirements... Experience at a minimum of CDP level upwards the ability to coach and mentor junior Chef's. To be passionate about food and delivering a high quality, well presented food offering to guests. Experience in a volume hotel food environment and ideally be Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualified.
