As part of our Employment and Enterprise Team, you’ll support those furthest from the labour market to start their journey towards training, job search, and employment. You’ll work with people aged 18 and over, who have complex needs which could include homelessness, living in a jobless household, debt, mental health issues, substance misuse issues, disabilities, or a history of offending.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of participants, implementing action plans
- Engaging with participants face-to-face, over the phone, and on video calls
- Carrying out risk and need assessments with participants
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Recording and maintaining accurate case notes and client records
- Providing a holistic package of support for participants

You don’t need specific experience to be great in this role. It’s more important to have the right attitude. Attributes we look for include:
- Passion to support people to improve their quality of life
- Great planning skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communications and relationship-building skills
