With more than 200 staff from offices in Ashton under Lyne, Leigh and in our supported accommodation projects across the North West, we support over 7,000 people annually through the contracts we manage.
Role Information:
The role of Women’s Key Worker is within our Women & Family Centre based at Cavendish Mill, Ashton-under-Lyne. It supports women and their families who have a range of varying needs such as; rehabilitation, victims of Domestic Abuse substance misuse, personal and educational development and 1-2-1 support. You will be working as part of a small team of five.
You will support women at risk of offending or in contact with the criminal justice system or helping those returning from prison into the local community and work in partnership with other agencies including police and prison services.
You will have excellent communications skills and will be provide direct support to women with a variety of vulnerabilities and complex needs.
You will be able to keep accurate up-to-date records on a case management system to enable appropriate data collation for reporting purposes.
This is a rewarding role and through working as part of the team you will support women at the centre to address barriers they face.

The role is 30 hours per week, working between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00am - Monday to Friday. Please note this role is Fixed Term until March 2024
