Are you outgoing, organised and looking for an admin role where you'll be making a difference to patients and families across the region?
We are looking to recruit two Women's Health Clerk to join our friendly team at Basildon Hospital.
If successful, you will use your organisational and clerical skills to support the efficient functioning of the Maternity Service; working alongside a variety of staff you will help ensure that all our patients have not only high-quality care, but also the best possible experience while in our care.
Main duties of the job:
- Act as first point of contact for our patients when in our care
- Reception duties i.e. answering telephones, booking appointments, helping patients with any queries
- Confirm patient demographics are correct and update Medway if necessary
- Update and enter information on to CareFlow as needed
- To undertake any general administrative duties as necessary
