We’re looking for a Sommelier or Wine waiter to join our brilliant team atop the iconic Sky Garden.
Whether you are interested in working in a restaurant with elevated menus by our acclaimed chef Kerth Gumbs, or in a casual, vibrant and busy environment at our popular destination Darwin Brasserie, we have amazing opportunities to work with our wonderful Group Head Sommelier, Alex Pastrav, giving our guests the best experience possible.
As a Sommelier or wine waiter, you’ll need to have a good understanding of wine and the wine industry along with a thirst for knowledge and continuous growth. We support our team with regular one to one trainings as well as achieving WSET Level 2 and 3.
Experience within a quality, high volume restaurant would be a huge advantage. We look for smart in-all-senses – serious on the outside but fun on the inside.
