Starting salary £21,652 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £23,033 per annum

Full time, 37 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

Norwich based (with travel throughout Norfolk)

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Window Cleaner to join our Local Delivery Team. Working in a pair, the role plays a key part in ensuring that we deliver an efficient cleaning service within our internal and external communal areas.

The main focus of the role will be:
To provide a high quality Window Cleaning service on a variety of sites and schemes across Broadland properties on a rota’d basis, to the specified and agreed standard to ensure no customer complaints

To ensure the safety of our tenants, customer and members of the public, carrying out window cleaning in all communal areas and scheme premises.

About You

The successful candidate will have:
A high level of personal pride and dedication to providing a high-quality window cleaning service.

At least 1 year’s previous experience within a window cleaning post, preferably within a non-office environment

The ability to work effectively as a lone worker.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and organise day to day activities

A full driving licence

Experience of traditional window cleaning and working with Water fed pole system

A willingness to work outside in all weather conditions

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
