Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates' main areas of responsibilities are to:
- Control and operate a variety of complex processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality
- Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out format changeovers and machine set up
- Achieve the required planned output within product specification
- Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste
- Ensure high housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained
- Support Team Managers with the introduction of any improvement Initiatives
