We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Wholesale Merchandising Assistant to join our team at Footasylum. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Merchandising team supporting management of Footasylum Brands operations, production to customer delivery, through the attention to detail and an understanding of the knock-on effects of every task undertaken.
The role is varied and will include:
- Run and distribute Wholesale daily reports.
- Create item cards / Raise Purchase Orders and share with Factories.
- Process Wholesale transfers
- Checking and approval of factory submissions such barcode labels and carton labels.
- Critical Path management support adding new orders, removing receipted and uploading revised dates into the system.
- Perform regular reconciliations, problem solving and progress chasing of shipments and invoices.
- Ensure documentation for import/export shipments is accurate for all Wholesale Freight movements.
- Understand financial documents and work with the Accounts team to manage payments and invoices.
- Work closely with freight forwarders and suppliers
The Teams
The Merchandise team is an extended family split into departments, you will get to know the wider team but also across the departments. The departments are split to focus down on certain areas such as Apparel, Footwear and Accessories, DTC, Wholesale and SEVENSTORE.
