We are looking for production supervisor who will direct all production activities for the facility. They are accountable to meet production and delivery schedules within budgeted allocations, to meet the above responsibilities while insuring conformance to safety and quality standards.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION:
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Minimum of two (2) years in a multi-faceted, fast-paced precast concrete role
- Minimum one (1) year progressive supervisory experience
- Experience reading, interpreting and comprehending blueprints desired
- The ability to work closely with project managers and production crews.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Drive production teams and ensure maximum effectiveness in daily production
- Create and manage production and labour schedules.
- Develop and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
- Continuous improvement to production costs, close the loop on Quality issues with strong plans to prevent future issues.
- Daily monitoring and corrective actions to ensure KPI targets are met.
- Attend and assist daily production meetings.
- Work with the Quality Control team to ensure products are manufactured above industry standards
- Instills an attitude of safety awareness as it pertains to department, company and corporate safety rules, regulations and procedures
- Inform, coach, council, reward, support, consult with employees assigned
- Analyzes various reports on productivity, expenses, and losses in department and takes appropriate corrective action within the scope of assigned authority.

Salary: $32.50-$50.00
