- Be responsible for seasonal budgets and monitor performance per category.
- Review and approve orders per campaign and collaborate with teams on achieving expected targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on sales targets, performance, risks and opportunities, and vital commercial agreements.
Personal specifications:
- Previous experience in the Sports Fashion market within a Wholesale role.
- Previous experience in a senior management role.
- Exceptional commercial understanding.
- Focused on the building of processes internally to maximise long-term opportunity.
- Demonstrate ability to drive results and achieve profitability goals.
- Strong knowledge of Wholesale distribution networks in key markets.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Astute and confident decision-maker.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Resilient with the ability to find solutions and deliver results.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop the current team, maximising skill sets and supporting progression in the business.
Diversity
We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help ensure we have many different perspectives when we are providing service to our colleagues and customers. We know this will help us build an excellent service that our customers will love. This is great news for our business. Diversity for us is also, importantly, about building happy teams full of people who want to learn and be inspired by each other and our different experiences.
Recruitment Process
We’ll help make the interview process as transparent and stress-free as possible.
We review applications individually, and if we feel you would be a good fit, we’ll invite you for a call or Teams video for an informal chat about the role and to see if we’re a good fit for you.
We value open and honest conversations and collaboration, allowing you to learn about our work in an informal and friendly environment. We want to know about you and why you feel this is your opportunity.
Please note this is not a remote role, and we expect that you will be able to attend Head Office in a hybrid way in Greater Manchester.
