Job description
Violet is a seasonal, Californian-style bakery on Wilton Way in Dalston, close to nearby London Fields.
All our flavours and colours come from nature, meaning our cake menu changes often, but always ensures we're using ingredients at their best and that our cakes taste just as good as they look.
In 2018, Violet owner, Claire Ptak, was invited to bake the wedding cake for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

**OUR BAKERY SHOP**
Our small, yet busy, bakery shop provides an opportunity for locals and visitors alike to visit the bakery, sample our renown cakes, cupcakes and other seasonal bakes - all alongside great coffee and tea.
The shop also runs a simple, but delicious savoury lunch menu. We are open 7-days per week, 8am-5pm weekdays, 9-5pm on weekends.
**THE ROLE**
We are looking for hard-working, quick-moving baristas and shop assistants - people who are excited about cakes, baking, and delivery great hospitality and service.
At least some barista experience would be preferred.
Full-time and part-time considered - however, regular weekend availability is essential.
The role requires someone who is fast-moving, shows initiative and cares for detail.
**THE PAY**
£11.95 per hour + tips, free staff lunch and free coffee/tea.
