Roles and Responsibilities: Support teachers in planning and delivering effective lessons. Provide one-on-one support to students, addressing individual needs. Assist in creating teaching resources. Engage students in small group activities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with the teaching team to monitor student progress. Maintain accurate records of student achievements. Promote the Welsh language and culture within the school community. Requirements: Fluency in Welsh. Relevant qualifications or experience in education or childcare. Passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
