Wellbeing Team Leader
We are looking for passionate, motivated, and inspirational leaders to work within our Operational Leadership Teams in Suffolk.
This position provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with strong clinical background in mental health and a good understanding of the challenges of working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or Mental Health Practitioner.

Main duties of the job
If you have the vision, drive and experience to offer dynamic leadership to a group of hardworking clinicians, we would love to hear from you.
You will be involved in planning and coordinating interventions for people with common mental health problems wanting to access and receive the treatment offered by our bio-psycho-social service.
As a service, we offer a range of psychological, employment and social interventions across Suffolk. At Step 2 this includes high volume evidence-based practice in the form of one-to-one guided self- help, predominantly delivered by telephone, psycho-educational groups and computerised CBT. At Step 3 we offer individual and group CBT, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Couples Therapy for Depression, Counselling for Depression and EMDR.
You will be offered robust supervision and access to the NSFT Leadership Academy, providing opportunities for Coaching, Mentorship and Leadership training. The Service has strong links with the University of East Anglia and a keen interest in research at all steps.

The Trust has now introduced a DBS Update Service which is a contractual requirement. Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
