Wellbeing Support Workers Band 3 Staff Support Service– Health in Mind We are looking for motivated and passionate Peer Support Workers who are committed to promoting and delivering high quality training and staff support to our dedicated staff team across BWC. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively, applying the evidence based ideas for staff support creatively, in an accessible and compassionate manner. You should have good organisational skills, be able to manage a varying workload efficiently and work as part of a team. To promote wellbeing, resilience building and the staff support service across the Trust through having a significant promotional presence, virtually and in person across both hospital sites. To answer phone and email queries to the staff support service, signposting, advising, triaging and booking training, staff support and debrief events. To gather and collate verbal feedback , evaluations and support completion of pre and post outcome measures with staff, uploading these to the database. To collate resources, information and feedback and information vlogs, to be accessible online and through other Trust forums.
