What you'll be doing:
You will be able to plan activities whilst also being able to think on your feet should plans need to be changed. Whilst an understanding of COPD & Carers is a bonus, this can be taught during an extensive induction period – we are looking for team members with the right people skills, so if you have empathy, listening skills and a desire to make a difference, this job could be for you.
The role involves county wide travel to activity groups, and we offer flexible hybrid approach to working. Full time, part time and flexible hours working hours available.

What you need to be part of this team:
You'll be a friendly people person- Basic administration using email data entry, don't worry we have a team on hand to help with this
- Ability to build relationships easily with other people
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS Clearance
