You will provide a first point of contact for all welfare concerns, for children and adult learners. You will work closely with students, staff and external agencies to ensure all welfare concerns are dealt with sensitively, appropriately and in a timely way. You will provide individual and group sessions to learners teaching positive coping strategies and referring to the Advanced Safeguarding Practitioner when appropriate. You will ensure all records are accurate, timely and shared appropriately with those, including external agencies, who have a need and a right to know. This position is based at Stockton Riverside College and across Etc group as required.
