The Role
As a Welcome Hut Host you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting our Estate.
This role is to welcome and assist our members and guests and all other visitors to ensure they reach the correct location on the Estate.
This is a multitasking role where the individual needs to ensure all departments are informed of their guests arrival by using various communication channels; radios, telephones and email.
Estate knowledge will be trained as it’s a critical part of the role when helping our visitors.
The Person
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about guest service and has the ability to make the best first impression. Personal presentation is key.
A strong communicator, who is well organised and has the ability to work under pressure, at times.
You will be self-motivating and happy to work alone.
