Job type: Weekend hours, Permanent
Working Pattern: 6 hours+ (Friday evenings, Saturday day times and evenings and Sunday day time) opportunity to increase hours during the week too
Salary: TBD based on experience (hourly pay paid weekly) between
£5 to £10 per hour

HART + CO is a family run Bar + Kitchen based in the heart of Leamington Spa. We LOVE pink, have two bath tubs and hope to have created a space which everyone can enjoy and feel welcome and safe. Family is at the centre of everything that we do. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as everything in between. We have firmly cemented ourselves as a Bottomless Brunch destination which we offer 7 days a week. Main duties and Responsibilities

Job Description:
- Working busy weekend shifts to ensure that our team are happy and thriving, our customers are happy and receiving the full HART experience and that the business is meeting its goals
- Ensure that we are serving the best food and cocktails in the Midlands
- Meeting sales and profitability targets
- Dealing with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints
- Creating a positive, very friendly and super fun work environment
- Over seeing the cleanliness of staff and the physical bar area and paying attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations
- You will have the opportunity to create new dishes and cocktails for our ever changing menus
