Role: WeekendSupervisor - Operations

We’re looking for a motivated supervisor to help lead London operations with the potential for quick career progression.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning and optimising delivery routes using company software.
- Ensuring all drivers set off efficiently in the morning.
- Monitoring and supporting drivers to make deliveries as efficiently as possible.
- Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the depots are running efficiently including pick and pack, receiving, shipping and so on.
- Support with staffing and managing the team.
- Maintaining regular communication with all levels of the business including riders, managers, and the executive team.
- Ensure Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered too.
- Ensure all parcel issues are sorted quickly and all vehicle issues are attended to. Occasionally heading into the field to address breakdowns or to deliver parcels to customers.

- Comfortable using data and adapting to software systems.
- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills.
- Enjoys people management.
- Passionate about the Fin mission and sustainability more generally.
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a can do attitude.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Comfortable riding a bike and wearing a helmet.
- Capable of lifting parcels of up to 25kg (for men) or 16kg (for women).
This role is for our Bethnal Green hub with some need to work from other hubs in London from time to time.
The working hours are 4 days a week as follows:
- Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30am - 6:30pm
- Sunday: 7:30am - 6:30pm
- Monday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
With some need for flexibility based on day to day operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
