Busy , independent 100% Small Animal Practice looking for a second VCA to join our team.
Varied role to utilise all your skills in a supportive environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians in providing care to animals
- Handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures
- Perform basic laboratory tests such as bloodwork and urinalysis
- Clean and maintain examination rooms and equipment
- Assist with pet grooming and bathing
Requirements:
- Veterinary Care Assistant or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
- Knowledge of basic animal care and behavior
- Ability to work well in a team environment
