Job description
A weekend receptionist and Admin person is required for alternative weekends and also cover holidays and sickness within the reception team. This will be based at Yarwell Mill Country Park in Peterborough. The hours at the weekend are 9.30am - 4.30pm
Duties include
Answering the phone and dealing with enquires from Residents and camping customers
Taking payments by PDQ machine and cash. Saving data onto company system for the purchase of gas and electric.
Contacting customers for mooring payments and insurance documents
Ordering of gas bottles, Diesel, cleaning supplies, stationary etc.
Allocating campers to their camping pitch
Interacting with potential buyers of park homes, make them feel welcome by making tea etc.
Printing and Scanning of documents
Do end of day income and expenditure sheets on Excel.
The person we are looking for must be friendly, polite and goes the extra mile with customers.
Be computer literate and able to use E mails, Word and Excel.
