About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly YMCA KX front of house team in Central London. You will work 17 hours per week, weekends only. The pro-rate salary will be £9,211.45.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing positive relationships with customers, learners, teachers and volunteers. The key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a high profile and a positive, cheerful and efficient presence at the KX reception, meeting and greeting our customers, learners, and staff members
- Managing the reception inbox and answering queries promptly
- Signing up new members, taking payments and managing the membership paperwork
- Carry out guided tours of the facilities to prospective members and promote our memberships
- Support the Club and KX in events when required
