The Role
Based from the Leamington Spa Retail Park and working closely with the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for Litter Picking.
The below is a brief summary of the role, more details will be discussed at the interview stage.
- To ensure that site is maintained to specification and to the high company standards:
- The removal of litter and discarded waste from assigned areas.
- Empty all litter bins.
- Sweeping, collecting and removal of litter & dirt etc from Kerb lines.
- Periodic Cleaning of the Street Furniture.
- Removal of Chewing Gum.
- Assisting landscaping teams with upkeep of sites.
- Use of specialist equipment to assist with tasks.
- Communication with the public in a professional manner.
- Communication with regional operations managers to ensure sufficient supply of equipment, materials and consumables.
- Ensuring the safe storage of any chemicals on site.
- Undertaking any training deemed necessary.
- Completing any required paperwork.
- Security and maintenance of any equipment under your responsibility.
- Keeping the site facilities in a clean and presentable manner.
- Utilising the Gallinet TelMe T&A App.
Undertaking any other tasks deemed within your capability.
