Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
You will be joining a forward thinking MSP who is dedicated to the development of their employees internally. Reporting to the Head of Service Management, you will be working within the Service Desk Team to provide IT and support to our customers primarily via telephone and remote assistance.
Full training on our systems will take place over the span of 6 weeks. This will be based in our Dartford office, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Once training has been completed, you will be enrolled into the Weekend shifts.
Salary will be discussed in interview and will be in line with national guidelines.
Main duties will include but are not restricted to:
- Answering incoming calls/emails to the Service Desk,
- Logging and managing tickets in our ticketing portals,
- Liaise with users, offering them remote support over the phone with 1st line support issues i.e password resets and account locks.
- Liaising with senior departments within the company and external third party organisations on behalf of our customers,
-Assist with the production and maintainenance of IT documentation outlining procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Onsite customer visits (occasional and upon further training)

Desirable skills:
- Experience in a customer facing environment,
- Basic knowledge of Office 365, Azure and Active Directory,
- Previous experience as a Service Desk Engineer,
- Interest in device builds
