Job description
- Ensure cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and public areas of the hotel is to a very high standard
- Ensure reputation of housekeeping and hotel is continually maintained
- To promote a helpful and professional image to hotel guests by giving full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt and caring attitude
- To anticipate guest needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance client satisfaction
- Welcome all customers in a pleasant and polite manner at all times
- Ensure housekeeping trolley is maintained on a daily basis
- Follow company policy in regards to disposal of waste
- Undertake regular deep cleaning duties
- Ensure lost property is passed to the Head Housekeeper for safe storage
- To identify and report maintenance requirements and hazards in the work place to Head Housekeeper
