FREELANCE ROLE

Illy Elizabeth Weddings are looking to recruit a Wedding Planner Admin Assistant.

Whilst this job is mostly remote due to administration activities, there will be the opportunity to coordinate weddings in summer months if you would like extra hours.

You must be confident working alone without needing management.

About The Role

You will be handling our inbox on a weekly basis, responding to client enquiries and making notes of these for the company director. You will upload details to client files and chase suppliers when needed for clients. There will be some PA work involved when required for the director.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Sourcing Suppliers and Researching New Ones
  • Chasing Payments
  • Responding to Emails
  • Updating Client Folders
  • RSVP management, stationery will be sent to your home address and you will be required to send these out in a timely manner.
  • Taking calls on behalf of the director and taking notes.

Working Hours

These will vary from 3-5 hours per week, if you would like more there may be the opportunity for this where some weeks are busier.

Wedding Coordination in summer months are 10 hour days.

About You

You will need previous wedding or event planning experience.

You will need administrative experience.

You will need to have a professional approach and be empathetic to clients that need extra support from us.

ESSENTIAL

You must have a exceptionally high standard of customer service.

You must be confident and able to communicate articulately, in both written and spoken tasks.

You must be confident with taking on tasks outside of your comfort zone.

You must possess a keen eye for detail.

You must be extremely organised and used to multi-tasking.

Part Time Freelance.

This is currently a part time freelance role. In summer months you will be offered more hours. You will be working towards managing all of our Sussex Clients. Please only apply if you understand that winter months hours will be reduced to accommodate the business needs.
