As the Wedding Industry Awards "Wedding DJ of The Year" for the past 4 years, we’re one of the East Midlands top Wedding DJ and entertainment companies and we’re looking for a wedding enthusiast who can help us with continued growth while maintaining our shining reputation. You’ll be responsible for maximising the potential of our services in line with pre-set KPI’s and brand standards while ensuring the best possible experience for all of our fabulous couples.
When it comes to weddings we believe in providing a fun, romantic and stress-free experience from start to finish. You’ll be driven by providing a 5 star service every time and enjoy working in a fun, flexible and fast-paced environment. With a keen eye for detail you’ll also enjoy keeping up-to-date with industry trends and topics and be able to identify areas of potential growth within the business.

What are the main responsibilities?
Working closely with company directors and with a flexible schedule you will be expected to:
- Identify new opportunities and keep ahead of the latest wedding trends
- Ensure a clear strategy and sales plan is in place
- Attend Wedding shows / fairs / open events
- Handle booking enquiries, responding within set time frames
- Arrange, create and deliver great consultations
- Convert enquiries into clients while maximising the potential of our services
- Maintain the bookings diary
- Keep in touch with couples from the point of booking until the successful delivery of their wedding services
- Develop and nurture relationships with wedding venues, planners and other suppliers
The perfect day
Our ideal candidate has...
- A passion for and experience in weddings
- Own car & full UK driving license
- Direct experience in a sales role
- Experience measuring results and working towards targets
- Flexibility in working hours and days - available to meet with clients on evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-confidence, self-motivation and is highly organised & proactive
- A helpful attitude and willing to go out of their way to help our clients
