Primary Care 24 (PC24) have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Onboarding Co-ordinator to join their expanding recruitment team. Working with the Recruitment Manager and the People Team, the Recruitment & Onboarding Co-ordinator will be responsible for enabling safe and responsive recruitment aligned to our workforce plan, the on-boarding of all colleagues and supporting the business to achieve safe, efficient, and compliant on-board of all colleagues including bank and associate GPs and Nurses.
Key responsibilities
· Complete pre-employment (Right to work) checks face to face and by virtual capabilities
· Process of issuing and monitoring return of Contracts of Employment
· Support the reporting and checking of expiration dates of all regulatory and compliance requirements (Including: DBS checks, Right to Work compliance, Professional Registration status checks and Contract end date checks) and any other ad hoc reporting required by the Recruitment Manager and People Team
· Provide administrative and advisory support, as and when required for all recruitment and recruitment onboarding related activity
· Deal sensitively and confidentially with phone calls, emails, face to face contacts with PC24 colleagues, our Associate workforce and outside organisations
· Maintain all People related information and HR files (paper and electronic) in accordance with CQC best practice, adhering to GDPR guidance at all times
· Maintain confidentiality, ensuring no private and confidential information is shared outside of the Recruitment and People Team
· Provide monthly HR KPI reports to the Recruitment Manager
· Working closely with the Recruitment Manager responsible for the end to end support of all onboarding and induction processes
· Support managers with interviews when required
· Prepare interview packs and invites to interviews
· Maintain recruitment tracker and reporting
About you
· Previous experience in recruitment and/or recruitment compliance would be advantageous
· Working knowledge of Excel, Word and all Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to generate reports and provide a narrative for the same
· GCSE level C (or equivalent) and above in Maths and English
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise own workload

Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Remote working is an option after probation period is passed.
