The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Website UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centered design and possess a strong background in creating visually appealing, intuitive, and seamless user experiences for websites.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimising the user experience and user journey across our company's websites to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates.


We're looking for someone who must have

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B company or other relevant industries where conversion optimisation is critical
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including the Head of Brand, the design team, developers, and content creators, to define and execute the overall UX strategy for our websites
  • Collaborated closely with development teams, providing design assets and guidance to ensure accurate implementation
  • Been an Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure designs meet the highest standards of usability and inclusivity
  • Expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
  • Proficiency in advanced design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms
  • A detailed understanding of SEO best practices and their integration into design decisions
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of website design projects
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and their application to UX improvements


It would be nice if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
