Job description
As part of an expansion of our current offering to one of our global clients, we are now looking to recruit for a Website Success Manager - a core team member as part of our client's Digital Factory – working as part of the Global Website Factory function. You will support our marketing stakeholders deploy their brands’ digital experiences on brand.com sites – owning website projects end-to-end and ensuring you delight both internal and external customers.
The role is a hybrid role with ideally up to 4 days at home, and 1 day a week on client site in the Slough area (client HQ). Occasional travel to Team 6ix offices in London may also be required.
You will be a core member of an established team, reporting into a pod lead in the Website Factory Team from a functional perspective, and an HR/dotted line to the Director of Managed Services at Team 6ix.
Key/Overall Responsibilities
You will work in a mini team of three people servicing a specific global region. In total the team is made up of four of these "pods". Each pod has a Team Lead, a Web Success Manager (this role), and a Digital Business Analyst. All teams report into the Head of Website Excellence at our client. What will you do?
- Own the project management of demand for website changes/updates using project management tools and great communication with stakeholders
- Detailed ownership of project status across active and newly initiated web projects
- Work closely with the Website Factory team + networks within the business, such as technical support teams to establish responsibilities and ensure progress is being made in projects
- Work with stakeholders, internal and external to remove blockers and ensure all stakeholders delivering against their responsibilities
- Identify demand upstream ahead of activation to ensure a well-managed operational pipeline in place
- Regularly engage with stakeholders on service levels and satisfaction
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in project management roles
- Experience in managing digital projects for brands
- Experience of working in a creative / design environment, or digital operations environment, so has rigor and an understanding of briefing and creative processes
- Good understanding of website production processes and experience working with operational and technical resources
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Flexible approach
- A can do’ focused attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward and meet demanding deadlines
- Experience of direct senior client contact and management of client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects / sprints concurrently across different websites and stakeholder groups
- Experience of working across different CMS platforms (Umbraco experience a bonus)
