Newbie and Me Baby Store have an exciting opportunity for a Website Manager and eCommerce Specialist to join their team. We currently have four stores located in Birmingham, Telford, Crewe & Telford, and have a website. Newbie and Me Baby Store have a strong social media presence with an in-house team creating content at four stores located in key areas. We’ve just won Independent Nursery Retailer of the Year (Progressive Preschool Awards) and now look to improve their website.

The ideal applicant for this role should have experience as a Website Manager and working in eCommerce. You’ll be reasonable for:
Create and manage the website strategy
Manage a team of 2-3 website editors/designers
Shared ownership of website conversion rates
Working with SEO to optimise the website
Ensure robust reports are created weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly
Working with brands to ensure new listings are created in advance for launches
Creating opportunities on the website platform for brands to buy/own space monthly
Working closely with marketing team to ensure synergy
Write clear, concise copy across the website – listings, blogs, useful information
Ensure website meets compliance and standards of Newbie and Me, and the brands
we work with
Conduct regular website audits on the website
Profound knowledge of relevant tools and technologies – Google Analytics, Rank
Maths, Google Ads
Managing Paid Advertisement on Meta and Google
Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, UX/UI) – desirable
Strong project management skills
Clear communicator
Passionate of own work and teamwork
Not afraid to be challenge and open to change
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
