About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Website Administratorto join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in maintaining and developing an engaging and informative website. Your primary focus will be to ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and meets our business goals. You will also help create high-quality educational content that supports teachers' professional development and enhances their classroom practices. You will work closely with accredited psychologists and senior team management throughout.

This role will support InnerDrive’s new online and on-demand product, the Teacher CPD Academy, an exclusive collection of online Teacher CPD courses and resources designed to help schools around the world develop their own evidence-informed CPD programmes. www.teachercpdacademy.com
Responsibilities
Website management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of teachercpdacademy.com and ensure it functions smoothly.
- Ensure website navigation is intuitive and seamless, making it easy for users to find information and engage with our services.
- Optimise the website's performance, including page load speed and responsiveness.
- Monitor website analytics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Assist in the creation of visually appealing content, including graphics, illustrations, and videos, to enhance the overall user experience.
Help to deliver new content for the Teacher CPD Academy. Specific tasks will include:
- Content Planning: Collaborate with project managers to assist in the development of project plans, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources required.
- Coordination: Coordinate and communicate with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in assigning tasks, tracking progress, and monitoring project milestones.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, and coherence. Ensure adherence to style guidelines and maintain a consistent tone across different pieces of content.
- Content Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Content Updates and Maintenance: Regularly review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Monitor user engagement and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimise content performance.
Customer Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with the registration process, payment inquiries, and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter on the website.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints.
General administration and support – helping with duties related to the Teacher CPD Academy and InnerDrive’s other products as required.
This role is a full time and is based in Oval (South London). The remuneration for this role is £23,000 per annum
Our preference is for someone to work full-time. For exceptional candidates, there is an option to work four days a week.

- An interest in psychology is desirable.
