We are looking for a highly motivated Project Lead with web3 experience to join our team. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. We are a pioneering company with a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects and deliver high-quality results
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as needed
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Manage designers and engineers
  • Scrum management
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects
  • Experience in web3 (preferred) or SaaS or ecommerce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
