Location: Fully remote, as long as you can work British hours.

About the company: The Social Laboratory is a web3 native marketing agency that provides it's clients with organic community growth services and growth strategies. We've been in business since 2021 and are looking to grow rapidly this year and surpass our revenue goals.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative web3 marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our clients. You will be taking the lead on certain campaigns and working within a team to ensure that the client's expectations are met and surpassed. You will work closely with our founder and senior account managers to create and implement campaigns, track performance, and optimize tactics for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, events) to drive awareness and adoption of our client's products/solutions.
  • Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to develop messaging, positioning, and sales collateral that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain marketing budgets, track spending, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Leverage Web3 technologies and platforms, such as NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi, to create innovative marketing solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in the Web3 industry, and integrate them into marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, and report results to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key influencers and partners in the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's brand and messaging, and ensure that all marketing communications are consistent with the brand voice and values.

Qualifications (Not necessary but helpful):

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Web3 marketing.
  • Minimum years is not a requirement, we're more focused on the previous impact you've had.
  • Knowledge of Web3 technologies and platforms, including NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for target audiences.
  • Experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for the Web3 industry and the potential it holds for disrupting traditional business models.
