This is an opportunity to shape music culture, by tapping into the unstoppable collective power of fandom. We are building a pan-European team of music and podcast obsessives, to make our client - a world-famous music brand - a loved and authentic presence in the feeds of music fans.
Our task is to deliver creative excellence and brand love with a young adult audience. That means balancing big-brand consistency with hyper-relevant, hyper-local nuance. We need social natives and audio enthusiasts; people who operate on the fringes of platforms and people who can manage multiple client stakeholders. We work fast, so our team has to thrive under pressure; There will be social content producers, like you, supported by project managers who get stuff done, client services who know how to sell an idea, self-starters, self-shooters and community engagers. People who understand the internet-breaking power of the perfectly timed Taylor Swift tweet but can also think big, analyse the data, ask the right questions and take us in the right direction.

Requirements
What we are looking for
A social creator, either from a social media manager, content creator or design background. You are a person who lives for the memes. You’re fully immersed in music fandoms - on Discord, in the forums, in Twitter rumours and everything bubbling up online. Nothing would excite you more than getting to turn that love for internet culture into a job, making fast-paced, unfiltered content for Gen Z audiences. Comfortable in front of camera is a plus - you could become our TikTok star, and the face of one of the biggest, most exciting brands in music. You’re as excited by low-fi internet-y content as you are by bigger creative concepts.
Responsibilities
- Community and category expertise to provide audience and social insights and drive creative relevance in their specific market team
- Ideating and creating content at pace. Coming up with and producing reactive concepts as well as content franchises and templates to ensure creative consistency and young adult relevance
- Supporting the senior editor with ongoing social listening, music insights and creative ideation
- Responsible for social and creative excellence from conception through to posting
- Straddling multiple disciplines, from copy to design to content capture and TikTok creation
- Capturing, editing and delivering content
