About the Role
PageTiger is a UK based SaaS company, and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, sociable person with a genuine passion for customer support to join our technical team in Lincoln. Reporting directly to the Support Manager, you will have good technical ability, a willingness to learn and be able to communicate in an approachable, supportive manner. An eye for design is also a must, as you will be supporting our customers to get the very best from our digital design tool.
As an important member of the Support team, you will respond to customer queries using our live chat messenger (Intercom), have excellent communication skills and be able to troubleshoot and analyse software issues whilst managing customer expectations. Regular tasks in addition to providing technical support include creating customer branded themes and supporting our Commercial team throughout the presales process.
You will be joining our Support team of two, whilst working closing with other members of our Lincoln and Richmond team.
Primary tasks:
- Live chat messenger (Intercom) and email based technical support
- Respond to and resolve technical queries/how to’s
- Offer guidance and inspiration to customers
- Work closely with our Development team to investigate, test and fix complex issues
- Design and build customer branded themes
- Support our Commercial team throughout the presales process
Other possible tasks:
- Produce and update online documentation
- Create video guides
- System testing
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required
