As a Web Analyst you will play a pivotal role in analysing and reporting on activity across all of Greene Kings digital customer touchpoints from websites to mobile apps and beyond.

Job Description
Your role as a Web Analyst
- Analyse user behaviour (Mobile app/website), usage patterns, engagement, and conversion rates across digital channels (such as website, email, social media and online advertising) to identify opportunities for improving user experience
- Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and other relevant departments
- Extract and analyse data from various sources, including Google Analytics 4 (Firebase) and other analytics platforms to build dashboards
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize Mobile app/website performance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mobile app and digital analytics
What you’ll bring…
- Experience working as a Digital Analyst/Web Analyst (ideally experience in Mobile App reporting)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse complex data sets
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferably) (Firebase), GTM, Big Query, SQL, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity/Hot Jar, and other similar tools
- Knowledge of digital analytics, AB testing, and industry trends.
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using tools like Looker or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
