Our Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Solutions Product Development group for an Analyst to support the product management & development activities of the Discretionary, Life Insurance and Funds Change Management team. We act as both SME and workstream lead to analyse and implement changes across product management, business or regulatory initiatives that require changes to our managed products. The role will be based in London.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Key activities include:
- A core component of this role is to s upport and lead the analysis, assessment and implementation of change management initiatives, across our managed and life insurance business including assessing changes required to our product palette, business and operating model as a result of industry, regulatory or business led change
- Support the lead of each product/change management initiative though strategy development, feasibility analysis/assessment and implementation working across all functions of the Private Bank where necessary
- Support new product development (incl life insurance) end to end, through prioritization, design, development and launch, working across all functions of the Private Bank
- Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance development and management processes, improving the client and adviser experience across our managed and life insurance business
- Develop and manage relationships across regions (EMEA, Asia, LatAm and the US) and functions as applicable
- Organise calls, document minutes & next steps, ensuring effective timing and sequencing of deliverables to meet tight deadlines
- Track project timelines and progress including reporting on key highlights, next steps and issues
- Continually deliver high quality results and m aintain a client-centric approach across change management, product design, development and management
Qualifications
The ideal applicant would have good knowledge of discretionary and life insurance products
- Proactive, highly motivated self-starter with a solution oriented mindset who enjoys working in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment to build consensus
- Highly detail oriented, constantly deliver high quality results, evidence of strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage stakeholders and explain complex concepts to different functions
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, quickly assess situations, act decisively and capitalize on change
- Ability to multi task across multiple activities and deliver to a tight deadline
- Experience in the asset, wealth management or life insurance industry would be beneficial
- Passionate about financial markets and career driven
- Highly competent with core MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Visio and PowerPoint) with python / programming knowledge a bonus
- Additional European languages a benefit but not essential - Italian, German, French or Spanish
