Job Title: Water Flusher

Trust Location: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

Location: High Wycombe HP11 2TT and Aylesbury HP21 8AL

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between, 9-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Pay: £12.45 per hour

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Water flushers required to go around the hospital running taps, flushing toilet to ensure that there is continuous flow of water.

· Looking at the conditions of the taps and recording defect/faulty taps on the tablet and updating the database.

· Liaise with Estates Supervisor/Team Leader to request the supply of goods and/or services, as necessary.

· Undertake and assist with essential works and general maintenance activities at the request of the Estates Supervisor/Charge hand.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
