Job description
Reporting to a Team Leader, working for a highly regarded company within the defence industry. The individual will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and capability to perform all aspects of warehousing to meet all key performance indicators and exceed customer expectations.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
What you will be doing as a Warehouse Operative:
- Carry out operational tasks as requested to achieve departmental and site objectives
- Ensure the correct handling of all client products is carried out at all stages within the facility
- Operate customer & Wincanton IT systems as required
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
- Undertake additional duties required for the effective role
- Support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site
- Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided
- Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations

What will you bring:
- Attention to detail
- Ideally experienced and licensed in use of MHE
- Computer literate and can operate RF guns
- Good understanding/experience working with extensive warehouse management systems
