Tudor Employment Agency Ltd have a great opportunity and are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives for their client based in Bilston.
Candidates will be expected to undertake a variety of different duties assigned to enable the smooth and efficient movement from Goods-In to Goods-Out, and ensure the timely preparation of store orders to the highest standard quality and accuracy.
Key Accountabilities:
- To correctly carry out any operational function, once trained to do so
- To meet productivity and accuracy targets set by Management.
- To ensure that the correct products are received and loaded prior to store delivery, in line with the Company procedures.
- To ensure that all training related to Health and Safety is adhered to
- To safely operate all equipment once trained
- Always adhere to safe manual handling techniques
- To wear all personal protective equipment supplied at all times within the warehouse

The Candidate:
- Good working knowledge and understanding of warehousing and distribution advantageous
- Is able to embrace and adapt with change and accepts accountability
- Has common sense and is self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Is able to work as an individual, or as a team player within the company guidelines

Rate of Pay: £10.42 per hour – overtime at 1.5 x after 40hrs
Position: 9 weeks Temp to Perm
Shifts Available:
Blue Shift – Sunday to Thursday rotating (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm)
Red Shift – Tuesday to Saturday rotating (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm)
Yellow Shift – Friday to Tuesday rotating OR Thursday to Monday (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm)
Green Shift – NIGHTS – 10pm – 6am (5 days out of 7 but the rota WILL include the weekend EG Tuesday to Saturday, Thursday to Monday, Wednesday to Sunday)
