Due to continued expansion an experienced warehouse/Goods inwards operative is required for our busy MAN Truck dealership in Castleford.
Reporting to the MAN Parts Manager, and based at our Pope St parts warehouse, you will work with the warehouse team and be responsible for assisting with the following duties;
- Unloading of incoming parts deliveries.
- Loading deliveries for onward storage.
- Processing of incoming stock, binning stock, locating stock, and accurate completion of necessary administration.
- Picking customer orders for onward dispatch.
- Control of manufacturer parts returns.
- Processing and recording of warranty and old unit core returns.
- Other general warehouse duties.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Yorkshires largest Truck and Bus dealership with over 100 years of trading.
Experience with warehousing within the motor trade is a distinct advantage, and a current fork truck drivers license is a pre requisite. A reasonable level of competency with Microsoft Excel is also essential.
We offer a great working environment with a friendly team. Generous salary £12.14 per hour Overtime at time plus half. Generous holiday entitlement of 22 days, plus UK Bank Holidays.
