Optime are excited to be recruiting Perm Warehouse Operatives in Lowfield Heath (Crawley). This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £24,710 per annum
• Shifts: 4 Days ON / 4 Days OFF
• Hours: 6AM - 6PM
• Weekly pay (Every Friday)
• Free on-site parking

• Immediate Start (subject to 5-year background check)

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring stock levels are accurately counted using handheld scanners
• Assisting with inbound/outbound deliveries
• Picking and packing orders
• Operating all equipment, as per training, to meet safety expectations
• Complying with strict security processes
• Other general warehouse duties as instructed by your supervisor

The ideal candidate:

• Great work ethic
• Ability to work in as team
• Strong attention to details
• Experience of working towards targets
• Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• You must be able to provide 5-year checkable history to secure long-term employment within this business

Please note: As this is an Aviation secure role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations. These checks include 5-year work and address history, DBS (must have no disqualifying criminal convictions), valid Right to Work.
