Breakthrough Communications is actively searching for an enthusiastic, engaged, experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, either on a part-time or full-time basis.
About us: Breakthrough Communications is on a mission to help Leaders, Senior Managers and Organisations communicate effectively with the communities they serve. Our work straddles multiple sectors, including local councils, public, private and third-sectors.
Most relevant to this role is our brand new programme that's aimed at Leaders and Senior Managers across the UK and beyond who want to develop their communication, presentation and and public speaking skills. Our ultimate goal is to help people and organisations get their voice heard and message across. We're based in Littlehampton, West Sussex, but our team are based across the country.
About you: As an exceptional Sales Executive that thrives on exceeding hard targets, you'll understand how to develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads by carefully and respectfully building relationships and trust using innovative techniques to ultimately get them over the line. Through our interview process we'll seek to explore your skills and experiences in more depth, to ensure we're the right fit for each other.
About this role: This Sales Executive role is best suited to an individual who wants the opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading communications and engagement agencies, as we grow, develop and write the next chapter of our story.
You'll be in charge of nurturing qualified leads for our communication, public speaking and presentation skills programmes, delivering against hard targets each month. You'll engage with leads through phone, Zoom and email, and will also work to ensure the pipeline is continually topped up.
We don't mind where you live, but we do want you to be able to be based in our Littlehampton office for at least two days a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
