Job description
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all Sunbury based Kinly hire equipment on the internal asset management system (Flex)
- Schedule Government Hire stock on the internal asset management system (Flex)
- Tracking of hire/ loan stock including updating internal databases with stock locations and movements
- Preparing hardware required for hire/ loans, booking out for delivery to site and managing the returns of the Government Hire stock
- Booking incoming items onto the in-house database on the same day the units arrive
- Conducting monthly stock takes to ensure all kit has been returned and is accounted for
- Tracking live and future stock commitment and reporting potential shortfalls
- Maintaining consumable stock levels for Government hire
- Manage the Electrical Safety (PAT) testing all Hire electrical equipment
- Manage the testing and upkeep of current stock
- Fully assessing and testing loan / hire equipment
- Securely wiping all Government Hire PCs of sensitive data on return from site and ensuring they are updated with relevant software and security patches
- Providing cover for on-site Government Hire installation engineers
- Arranging environmentally safe disposal of units that have been deemed beyond economical repair.
