TGI Fridays are looking for an ambitious and driven Social Media Executive to join a fun, exciting and rapidly developing marketing team. The right candidate will have responsibility for managing our organic social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.

This is a Remote role with occasional UK travel.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Marketing Director the key responsibilities will
include:
- Managing our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels with the aim of increasing brand awareness and engagement
- Creating captivating content for all social platforms including UGC, campaign creative and competitions to drive traffic to stores and engagement
- Managing Fridays® LinkedIn account, working with internal functions to create relevant and engaging brand content
- Monitoring and responding to guest feedback, comments and social media posts, including out of hours
- Working closely with the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to align on comms plans across all paid and organic activity
- Supporting our 85+ stores on their local TGI Fridays Instagram accounts by providing ongoing guidance and content for maximum engagement
- Continually reviewing the weekly content plan to ensure all comms are up to date based on changes to business priorities
- Supporting with Brand Partnership activations, using our social reach to promote supplier and third party partnerships
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and competitor activity
- Create and manage a new Brand Ambassadors programme, engaging with our TGI Fridays fans to provide UGC and build brand advocacy
The Person
- Track record of effectively planning and implementing social media strategies
- Experience in Sprout Social or similar platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills for developing relationships with cross functions
- Passion and experience within casual dining sector a preference
- Experience in copywriting is desirable
