ABOUT THE JOB
The Harwin Sample Warehouse is controlled and maintained by the Sample Department. From this centralised location, the team provide free of charge evaluation samples for the development of new business, as well as expert advice on sample selection across all territories.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
This is a pivotal position within our organisation, that requires high attention to detail with a through and methodical approach to role. Reporting to the Head of Product Management your role will be:-
- Develop a deep understanding for Harwin products and the markets they serve
- Provide recommendations to both internal and external customers upon sampling selection
- Receiving sample orders from our global customer base
- Good understanding of ERP system, and using this to streamline the Sample process
- Picking products from our sample warehouse stock, managed in an automated carousel process
- Use knowledge and experience of Harwin product to assemble items from piece parts, when top-level products are not readily available
- Packaging sample orders, and liaising with dispatch team ready for courier pick ups
- Warehouse management, involving stock takes and organisation of warehouse storage
- Working independently, problem solving
- Achieving Department KPIs and acting in line with Harwin’s strategy

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
