We’re looking for permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our new site, in Rushden. You will be working an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, covering the hours of 14:00-22:00.

We’re offering an hourly rate of £11.64- You’ll get 28 days holiday pay (inclusive of bank holidays)

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck- Store goods accurately and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch
- Ensure delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production standards
- Check for damaged or missing items
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Determination to progress themselves and their teams
- A good understanding of health and safety
- Willing to operate MHE
